Each pricing plan comes with an alotted number of email accounts. You may add or remove email accounts at will by logging in to your admin control panel by clicking here. Beneath the tab labled "Extras" click the drop- down menu item called "Email Accounts" and create any email accounts you like(i.e. info@yourdomain.com). Once an account is set up you may then check your email account via the "Webmail" tab or set it up in a pop3 mail hosting application (i.e. Outlook Express, Mac Mail, etc).

Of course. You may make changes to your service any time you from your admin area, you may instantly change plans and upgrade your account. When you cancel your subscription with Flash Factory, your website will be automatically terminated and removed from the system. All of this is done once again from the admin area.

No partial/pro-rated refunds are given.

To cancel your Flash Factory website, go to the admin area and submit a support ticket with the words cancel in the body. Closing your account will immediately and permanently delete all text, images, stats, videos, and other data. If you’re on a paid plan, you may consider simplyc ontacting us to downgrade to a more economical plan instead. If you just want to change site designs please contact us directly through the support system for more details.

You can change or update the credit card billed for your Flash Factory account through the admin area. When you update your credit card details the system will replace your old credit card with your new one.
